Not expensive during inter-season, nice staff, clean, Breakfast is quite ok.

1. There are only theme family rooms, no normal options. When all visitors are adults, paintings on the wall are just way to shining... 2. Double bed is small. Hardly fits two adults.

An amazing stay in an amazing city

The place has a friendly, quirky atmosphere and decor and a lot of extra conveniences for travellers, like laundry room, common room with kitchen, free popcorn and juice, etc. So it has all the advantages that are normally offered by hostels, but the rooms are of hotel standard. My room had its own mini fridge and desk like any business hotel. The bathrooms have an ultra modern design and the beds are large and very comfortable. The breakfast spread is really huge, and the breakfast room overlooks the rooftops and city skyline. All the staff are very friendly, and the frontdesk staff speak very good English. Best of all, it is just a couple of streets away from the Pier2 warehouses and waterfront, and a 5 minute walk from the Orange metro line. I was very happy with my stay and cannot think of anything that would have improved it. It was extremely good value for the price.

All in all a very decent hotel. Kids especially liked it. Comfortable and well located.

Family really loved it. Very comfortable, excellent location and very friendly staff. Rooms are very nicely renovated and comfortable. Kids loved the games room and we liked laundry facilities. Very decent breakfast.

Lovely place to stay!

Near to Love River and Pier 2, short ferry ride to Cijin Island = Very convenient Spacious room and great breakfast selection Pleasant staff and efficient service Beds and room are clean It's our 4th time staying at this place since 2017.

Not sure if there's an option to choose a room without bathtub? It would be great if there's such an option :)

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel and it exceeded my expectations!

I love that their bathroom is big and has a bath tub. It exceeded my expectations. The room is quite big too. It's pretty comfortable.

The room can be bigger instead of the bathroom. There can be more single switch on lights instead of 1 switch for the whole room. I have difficulty eating snacks without disturbing my family members (when they were sleeping) at night as I can only switch on 1 main switch and it lights up the whole room. Not many things I didn't like though.

Really good value for money - immaculate, well presented, modern room with excellent ensuite facilities in a prime location for eating and sightseeing. Best place I’ve stayed in Taiwan.

Unfortunately my room didn’t have a window - which made waking up a bit painful!

Very good

It seems to be a hotel suitable for kids (very colourful) but I felt comfortable as a single traveller. They have dehumidifiers in the walkways and inside the rooms. There was no bad smell inside the hotel which was nice. The bed was comfortable but a little small and the aircon in the room worked very well. The shower had a good size and was clean. There is a guest lounge where you can work with your laptop or just relax. There is a large desk with power plugs, lot’s of seating, coffee machine and popcorn machine. The basement has an entertainment zone where you can play games (Playstation, Nintendo Switch, soccer table and more). The laundry area is clean, the washing machine and powder is free of charge. You only need to pay NT$50 for the dryer. The staff spoke good English and was friendly. They are always greeting people when entering the hotel. The location is nice, close to Pier2 and some good restaurants and Cafes around.

My soap in the shower was empty the first night and the water container of the dehumidifier was full but they fixed it immediately after reporting it. Single bed was a little small.

It's very clean and comfy. The shower had great water pressure. The staff was friendly and responsive. Excellent location.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear other guests speak sometimes when they were a bit loud. Most times there were no problems.

Very nice hotel with all the thoughtful and convenient facilities for guest. Nice games room, nice guest lounge with pop corn machine, washing machine/Dryer room at basement, free soft drinks and instant noodles. Nice breakfast area at the top floor. Reasonably priced.

A solid option in Kaohsiung

Surprisingly comfortable room, high enough off the street that noise was minimal. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed. I slept well.

The decor can be pretty garish especially in the lobby and hallways. Location is sleepy during the week but fun on weekends.

Fabulous hotel. Great value. The nicest hotel staff I have met. Quirky and creative decor. Clean rooms, great shower, comfy bed, good wifi. Guest lounge on the 2nd floor was amazing. Free coffee, tea and popcorn. Games room and laundry facilities in the basement. 15 min walk to MRT and close to the interesting Pier 2 area. Various eatery options nearby. Did not try the hotel breakfast so can't comment. Sound insulation not the best but this was expected.
